The 100e benchtop NMR spectrometer is based on a 2.35 T permanent magnet (corresponding to 100 MHz 1H NMR). It has been developed for routine screening of 1H NMR spectra. It has improved chemical shift dispersion and higher sensitivity, able to run samples at sub-mM concentrations. It is controlled via a large, manoeuvrable touchscreen computer. Options include kinetics package capabilities for reaction monitoring, signal suppression, an experiment designer to write custom pulse programs, an API for developing your own applications, remote control of the instrument from computer, smartphone, tablet etc., non-deuterium lock options, secure login and user profiles with custom project settings and IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
