The capability of searching mass spectra from unidentified compounds against the NIST standard reference MS library has now been integrated into this PC-based software, which is easily accomplished through commands in the main application window. The software is Windows based with intuitive menu bars and icons. It can be used with any ANDI/netCDF formatted data files generated from any mass spectrometer.
