TrueProcess PAT analyser
Thermo Fisher Scientific has introduced the TruProcess analyser, an NIR spectrometer for PAT applications. The instrument demonstrates the precision of a benchtop system which is easily integrated into existing manufacturing processes. It provides fast, reliable, real-time process analysis while improving manufacturing throughput, ensuring product quality and lower production costs. The analyser includes MEMS technology; a small, lightweight enclosure permits interface with a wide range of pharmaceutical process equipment. It features an integrated position senor and wireless communications, can complete a scan in seconds and has the ability to monitor blending rates of up to 25 RPMs.
