New spectral databases
Bio-Rad Laboratories has announced the availability of several new spectral databases.
The new databases available are the Sadtler ATR of Basic Polymers, which contains 503 ATR/FT-IR spectra of commercially available compounds for scientists involved in polymer chemistry, including research, design, manufacture and quality control; the Sadtler ATR of Inorganics, which includes 269 ATR/FT-IR spectra which are representative of many anions and polyatomic ions to inorganic materials; the Sadtler ATR of Organometallics, which includes 176 ATR/FT-IR spectra compiled specifically for scientists who study or use organometallic compounds; the Sadtler 13C NMR of Monomers and Polymers database—a database of 742 spectra which can be used by scientists engaged in the study of polymer, monomer and resin compounds using 13C NMR analysis and the HaveItAll UV-vis database has had 7000 spectra added to its collection, giving a current total of 21,000 spectra.Bio-Rad Laboratories
