OD-624L red LED
The Opto Diode Corporation has announced the new OD-624L high output red LED. This second product to be introduced to the company's series of LEDs has a dominant emission wavelength at 624 nm and features a narrow beam angle that is suitable for fluorescence in medical, scientific testing instruments and forensic applications.
It comes in a hermetically-sealed TO-5 can with three leads. Under maximum ratings at 25°C, the continuous forward current is 500 mA, with reverse voltage of 10 V. The lead soldering temperature is 260°C, making it easy and convenient to install into new and/or existing lighting systems. Thermal parameters for storage and operating temperatures range from–55°C to 100°C, with a maximum junction temperature at 115°C.Opto Diode Corporation
