Model 234/302 VUV spectrometer
The VUV spectrometer, Model 234/302, from McPherson now comes complete with cooled, scientific grade CCD detectors. The compact 200 mm focal length spectrometer has adjustable slits and operates at f/4.5 providing data collection from ultraviolet radiation and emission spectra in the 100 nm to 190 nm wavelength range simultaneously, in near real time, with sub-nm spectral resolution. Gratings can be tuned to longer or shorter wavelengths to collect different wavelength swaths. Various cooled, back illuminated and windowless sensors can be fitted directly to the focal plane for direct detection of VUV spectra. Furnished with spectral calibration certificate, the spectrometers are available with standard light sources, reflective condenser optics and vacuum differential sections.
