Vixar has announced a new line of multi-wavelength lasers packaged in a small form factor housing, targeting industrial sensing, spectroscopy and medical sensing applications.

The laser includes three individual emitters co-packaged in an industry standard TO46 housing and operates at 670 nm, 795 nm and 850 nm wavelengths with low beam divergence and low spectral width. The product is available in two options: a high efficiency version for settings requiring low power consumption and a high optical output power version for higher loss environments.
